Main components of electric bicycles

Charger
A charger is a device that replenishes energy to a battery, generally divided into two stages of charging mode and three stages of charging mode. Two stage charging mode: First, charge at constant voltage, and the charging current gradually decreases with the increase of battery voltage. After the battery level is replenished to a certain extent, the battery voltage will rise to the set value of the charger, and at this point, it will switch to trickle charging. Three stage charging mode: At the beginning of charging, constant current charging is used to quickly replenish energy to the battery; Wait for the battery voltage to rise and switch to constant voltage charging. At this time, the battery energy slowly replenishes and the battery voltage continues to rise; When the charging termination voltage of the charger is reached, it will be switched to trickle charging to maintain the battery and supply the self-discharge current of the battery.
Battery
Batteries are onboard energy sources that provide electric vehicle energy, and electric vehicles mainly use lead-acid battery combinations. In addition, nickel hydrogen batteries and lithium-ion batteries have also been used in some lightweight foldable electric vehicles.
Usage reminder: The controller main control board is the main circuit of the electric vehicle, which has a large working current and emits a large amount of heat. Therefore, electric vehicles should not be parked in the sun or exposed to rain for a long time to avoid controller malfunction.
controller
The controller is a component that controls the speed of the motor and is also the core of the electric vehicle electrical system, with undervoltage, current limiting, or overcurrent protection functions. The intelligent controller also has multiple cycling modes and the function of self checking the electrical components of the entire vehicle. The controller is the core component of electric vehicle energy management and various control signal processing.
Rotating handle, brake handle
The rotating handle, brake handle, etc. are the signal input components of the controller. The handle signal is the driving signal for the rotation of the electric vehicle motor. The brake lever signal is an electrical signal output by the internal electronic circuit of the brake lever to the controller when the electric vehicle brakes; After receiving this signal, the controller will cut off the power supply to the motor, thereby achieving the brake power off function.
